Reserving the Hall
A signed contract and confirmed deposit are required to reserve the hall for your event. One half of the rental fee serves as the deposit and is required to reserve your date. The balance is due by 30 days prior to the event.  You can view and print the contract here*.

Available Dates
There are no blackout dates for Stony Point Hall, we are available 365 days of the year! (366 days every 4 years!) Contact us at 785.594.2225 or info@stonypointhall.com for specific date availability.  We book up fast, so reserve your date early!

Ceremonies

Outdoor areas are available for wedding or commitment ceremonies.  The ceremony charge is noted above, and includes chair setup and teardown.  If you have more than 200 guests, some chairs must be moved indoors prior to the reception. We will provide staff to handle that, but some assistance would be appreciated!

Capacity
Stony Point Hall can comfortably accomodate up to 299 guests seated at 60" round tables, with space for banquet tables and a dance floor. 400 chairs are available. If more are needed you will have to supply them from an outside source.

Community Service

Here at Stony Point Hall we believe "waste not, want not."  Any cut flowers that you do not want after your event will be donated to Vintage Park Assisted Living Community in Baldwin City.  All glass, aluminum cans and cardboard left will be recycled.  Any left over food will be donated to those in need.
